Aoun Promoted to Team Leader

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Aoun to Team Leader at Aspire Supported Accommodation LTD. Aoun has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, deep empathy, and outstanding professionalism throughout his time with us.

His ability to connect with young people, manage complex situations, and lead by example has had a significant impact across the service. Colleagues have praised Aoun for his calm leadership, quick problem-solving, and commitment to safeguarding and development.

In his new role, Aoun will be supporting a team of keyworkers, overseeing care plans, and ensuring quality of service delivery across multiple placements. He will also play a key role in training and mentoring new staff.
