We provide safe, semi-independent supported housing for vulnerable young people aged 16–18, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC).
We accept referrals from local authorities, social workers, personal advisors, and trusted agencies working with young people in need of accommodation and support.
We primarily support young people aged 16 to 18. We also offer transitional services for young people aged 18+ depending on their immigration status and level of need.
We operate across the West Midlands and surrounding areas, including shared and solo accommodation settings tailored to individual care plans.
We carry out a full needs and risk assessment in partnership with referring professionals. This helps us design a personalised support plan for each young person.
Support includes keywork sessions, life skills training, emotional and wellbeing support, safeguarding, and help accessing education, health, and legal services.
Yes, subject to availability and risk assessment. Please contact us directly on 0121 792 5342 to discuss urgent referrals.
The 16–18 service is for young people still under local authority care. The 18+ Trust service supports those awaiting asylum decisions, while the Exempt service is for those transitioning to independence after gaining status and funding access.
We provide waking night support and on-call management 24/7 for all services to ensure safety, consistency, and reassurance.
Visit our Vacancies page or call us on 0121 792 5342 to speak to a member of our team about placement availability.
We are values-driven and trauma-informed. We specialise in working with UASC and young people with complex backgrounds, offering high-quality support with cultural sensitivity and a clear pathway to independence.
Our team includes staff and interpreters fluent in several languages including Pashto, Dari, Arabic, Tigrinya, and Kurdish. Language support is arranged based on individual needs.
We aim to respond to all referral enquiries within 1 working day. For urgent placements, please call for immediate support.
While we are not a training provider, we work closely with local colleges, ESOL centres, and alternative provision to ensure our young people are engaged in education or training wherever possible.
