0121 792 5342Our 18+ Exempt Supported Accommodation Service is the natural next step for young people transitioning from our 18+ Trust Service. Once our young people are granted their immigration status and have full access to public funding, they are carefully moved into this service to continue their journey towards independence in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
We take time to understand each individual's needs and assign experienced keyworkers who help identify the most suitable accommodation, considering cultural preferences, personal requirements, and long-term stability.
Our ongoing support equips young people with practical life skills—budgeting, cooking, cleaning, tenancy management—and promotes emotional resilience through regular keywork and informal guidance.
We ensure young people are prepared for independent living and provide continued support even after they move on—into private rentals, social housing, or other arrangements—ensuring a confident, stable transition.
