We are committed to providing safe, stable, and nurturing environments where young people can rebuild their lives, develop life skills, and transition toward independent living with confidence and resilience.

We take a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to care. Our services are built on the values of protection, empowerment, dignity, and respect. We collaborate with local authorities, social workers, personal advisors, and health and education providers to deliver holistic support tailored to every young person.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, professional, and resilient individuals to join our team as Night Support Workers within our UASC provisions. This overnight role plays a vital part in ensuring the emotional and physical wellbeing of young people who have experienced trauma, displacement, or instability.

This is a rewarding opportunity to safeguard vulnerable individuals and support them on their path to independence and recovery.

  • Follow individualised support, risk, and safety plans.
  • Check environment safety (e.g. alarms, windows, fire equipment).
  • Perform light domestic duties in communal areas.
  • Model respectful behaviour and uphold professional boundaries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection regulations.
  • Join team debriefs and engage in reflective practice.
  • Liaise with interpreters or cultural mediators when necessary.
