Located in safe, well-maintained 2–5 bedroom homes, these placements are tailored for young people aged 16–18. Each property is designed to foster a supportive community atmosphere while allowing access to individually tailored support packages based on assessed needs.
This self-contained placement is ideal for a young person requiring greater independence or privacy. It offers the same high level of dedicated support as our shared homes but promotes more autonomy and personal responsibility.
